Ibis Singapore Novena

We enjoyed our stay in Ibis Singapore Novena. I liked that the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was just spacious enough for the three of us. Toiletries were also provided and everything listed on the listing was available. Dental kits are optional so if you need them, you have to ask the staff before going to your room. 2-in-1 shampoo+body wash was also available aside from liquid soap. We liked that the iron and ironing board was already available since some hotels provide them only when asked. We initially didn't include breakfast on our booking, but if ever you choose to avail of their breakfast buffet, then you can do so during your stay for a fee. There was a water refilling area near the elevator which is very convenient so make sure to bring your tumbler. The location of the hotel is very good too since it is surrounded by diners/restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The location is quite peaceful. No largre crowds, no traffic, so we were really able to rest after a lot of hours of walking.

Room was cleaned daily basic but adequate as didn't spend a lot of time at hotel. Wi-fi good. Breakfast was excellent choice a few strange things on offer but catering for people from around the world. Location was good and hotel clean and tidy staff polite and not intrusive.

It was just enough needed for my business stay, and well located for basic needs such as eats and access to buss and train transports.

I had a good selection of tasty breakfast choices to pick from and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well-kept and the bed was cozy. Unfortunately, the rooms felt a bit too snug and didn't match what I was hoping for. Nonetheless, I was content with the location since it was situated close to the Novena MRT station, making it convenient to travel around.

Cleanliness is very good. Housekeeping was well done. Lots of natural lights (at least for the room that I was staying).
